Use current site and wildlife guidance
The skipper selects a site based on conditions, access and the vessel. Follow current marine-park zoning and wildlife instructions, keep appropriate distance from coral and avoid touching or taking marine life.
Have a satisfying alternative
Conditions or guest needs may make snorkelling unsuitable. Ask what the trip becomes instead: a different anchorage, beach visit, scenic passage or time aboard. A good charter brief values the whole day rather than one guaranteed activity.
